在寻找所谓的快乐时
我们常要求自己做到最好
但快乐是什么
而最好又是什么

你问我快乐吗
我不会回答
因为我没痛苦过
所以也就不知道快乐

平凡就是幸福
简单就是美
这是真的吗

你能否做到这两点
我想我还不能
还不能放下期望
不能放下对自己
和对别人的要求
