Just got back from ICFF. I was there only for 4 hours and I am very tired. I think it must be the mid-day heat. I don't remember being outside of the LT at such time of the day. I can feel the heat radiating from the ground.
Anyway the food was not bad. Just that maybe should suggest the vendors not to sell too heavy stuff otherwise people will not want to try alot. The pork salad from Phillipine I think was quite nice! Select 3 meat dish for $3... I choose pork salad, bbq pork and beef. Everything is nice but the bbq pork is abit dry for my liking. And I bought my favourite Thai mango salad. It also cost $3 and the portion is alot can! I think if you sell at half the amount for $1.50 or 2 maybe better. I also tried the grilled banana, famous Indonesia food I was told. Nice! They grill the banana and sprinkle chocolate chips and shredded cheese on top. Then there is another Indonesia dish that is to be eaten with chilli padi!! Cost $1 each... nice too but I ate w/o the chilli padi. I mean I can take hot stuff but not eat chilli padi or even those big chilli! -_-"
There are still more food I want to try but was too tired... think will drag my friends down tmr. So for those who are interested, ICFF will be held on 6 and 7 feb, 11am - 4pm outside LT2.
