The haze is bad... though not as bad as the one in 1997. But the PSI index went up to 70+ one to 2 days ago I think. A few days ago I was still thinking why was there a fog but I soon realized it is the haze from the terrible smell and oso my ever-so-accurate n sensitive nose. In fact I started to sneeze yest night and I quickly pop half of the tiny-yello-flu-tablet. Just now while walking back after the conference, the it was so smoky and smelly...the burnt smell. I simply don't understand why do some people always star the forest fire year after year when they know how much harm it will cause not only to themselves but also to others. It is cheaper to clear the forest this way but what if the fire cannot be controlled? Another 1997 haze crisis is going to start again?
Anyway I gave up on studying for math. I skimped through the 3 tutorials, out of which only 2 is done. The third is ODE and is totaly untouched and I don't have enough brain cells to decipher it tonight. I heard from today's tut grp that the test is open book though the tutor nv tell us before hand. Hoepfully it remains as open book tmr. Wish me luck!
