Initially thought of alot of things to blog about but after finishing up my math tutorials I forgotten what I had wanted to blog abt initially. In that case, I shall juz update on my recess week. Monday was spent trying to study some technology stuff, Tues was spent at tuition and meeting in school and then the chalet. The actions started at 6pm when the meeting finally ended. Zhe and I didn't know that we were supposed to be part of the food party until our boss starts to kan chiong.. "faster, we're late. we suppose to be the food party and we're still in sch." HUH!? Very good....ahaha.. But at least our boss drove..so we don't have to squeeze together with the van that left much earlier with the reckless alex long as the driver. We rush around pioneer mall trying to get bbq stuff from the Giant but that Giant outlet is v pathetic. The stuffs are all over the place and they don't carry alot of items. End up we had to go to the ntuc at tiong bahru to get the rest of the foodstuff. The rest of the ppl were alr at Sentosa... starving to death..aha!
When we finally reached, quickly started the fire but the chicken wings are still frozen!! So no choice had to bring it to soak water + massage at the sink. In the meanwhile, our dear jeremy made himself useful by cooking the hotdogs, crabsticks etc. We had quite little variety of food but in the end we had too much food thanks to the generosity of a group of ngee ann students. They were leaving and left us alot of satays, otahs, garlic bread and a huge sausage!
The next 2 days were very engaging. We didn't do much physical activities except for the last few hrs on the 2nd day, but the rest of the activities really set us thinking. I can't remember everything exactly but 1 thing that stuck is this "Your actions show what you really want". Another is that we should try to live above the line, though it is easier said than done. I also like the fact that the trainer shared abt his life, and its is always interesting to hear about the life of others which is so different from mine. Then Fri was spent doing assign at the library..nearly froze to death! And now I'm trying hard to study for technology and math and strategy quizes!!!
