I'm getting very frustrated with Math!! Matrix sucks!!!!! I'm absolutely LOST... even buying the TB don't help much coz the book is written with the assumption that the students already have basic understanding at pre-university level which is something that I do not have. Matrix used to be eliminated from the A-Math syllabus until the 1986 batch. So all the subsequent batches after mine were taught matrix for O'levels. So now I'm like have this gigantic question mark hovering over my head... I can't do any of the tutorials questions. Not that Stats is any better. Math has never been my forte all the time, especially those with alphabets instead of numbers! I've always like Eng and Eng Lit better back in secondary school and was even contemplating to go to the EL Lit class... but oh well... in the end I still chose the science class. But then again, my love for writing is lost after not writing (as in essays etc) ever since I left sec sch.

Math sucks. Stats sucks. The lecturers are worst. Droning on and on. I still prefer the conventional method of working out the problems while explaining to the students. Now, imagine the lecturer explaining step 1, and while you're trying to work out step 1 in your head he alr skipped to step 3. How's tat for a fantastic lecture?
