I've ended my internship yesterday. Many collegues asked if I am happy that its over... Oh well.. I'm neutral about it. Coz I'll be busy preparing for UOC! So I don't exactly miss being an intern neither do I dread being an intern. I only dread it when I have nothing to do. Actually work is really boring for them I guess... coz you're doing the same thing day in and out and no matter what job, there is always hell lot of paperwork to be done and more so in the shipping line. I am starting to see moutains of paperwork on my future work desk... haha..
Being the last day I bought a loaf of apple strudel for them and yes its yummy! Anyway boss is not around so he say will arrange a farwell lunch/dinner on 31 Dec and I'm invited to their dept bonding ktv session next fri... but then I don't sing rite... so still wondering if I should go.
Oh and yest I went dinner with the 'young ones' in office. Actually I'm the youngest la.. expected rite. As I need to return my employee smart card so I switch off the comp at 6pm (I need the smart card to login). After that I spent 1 hr+ waiting for 2 guys! They always stay till so late in office. Then went PS to meet another girl. Then they decided that they wan to play DoTA... Me being the clueless me in terms of computer games thought they are refering to Daytona! So when I say I dun noe how to play and they ask me to watch them instead I agreed. So off we go to Paradiz Centre. And upon reaching there I realized DoTA is not Daytona! DoTA is somesort of WarCraft game... and they are heading to the LAN shop. -_-"
So after sitting down for 5 mins I decided to go to buy some sweets and a drink from the indian mama shop just right outside the LAN shop at the basement level. So the stuff cost me $2.90. I only have a $50 note with me and some stupid indian friend of the shop owner start to do the usual of teasing girls.. so I ignored him. I am pretty sure I saw the owner counted $47.10 of change for me and when he handed it to me the friend said something abt checking my money... I just ignored him, take the money and went back to the LAN shop. Upon sitting down to keep my money I realize I only have 3 $10 note! I thot I dropped it but NO its nowhere to be found. I think the stupid Indian mama shop owner CHEATED me of $10! Kaoz.. Idiot. SO rmb to CHECK your money before leaving that mama shop... better still DON'T BUY from that shop
