CPF cheat my $$$. I didn't know can don't pay back to my father's cpf for my poly fees. And I already did a partial payment of $2000 before I knew about it. I can use that 2K for my exchange next yr if I didn't pay back. I quickly pay back parital sum coz I don't wan to compund interest. ARghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
