My 2nd blog of the day. Ha... Juz finished my biz law tut and wad blog surfing when suddenly I had the urge to blog again. Have you ever wondered how much technology have chaged our lives? No doubt we are born in this technology age but we come into contact with the computer, internet only in our upper prim/secondary school days... so we still have some 'stone-age' memories. haha.. unlike my sis who practically grew up banging on the computer and god know how she know how to on the comp. Anyway, small kids are impressionable.
Ok, back to technology. Not too long ago (or was it v long? coz I tend to lose track of time as I get
older... *ahem*.. more mature coz times flies!), there is the blogging trend and till now I have the habit of blog surfing, even those ppl that I don't know personally. Sometimes I juz clicked on the links on ppl's blog and found some interesting blog and I'll periodically visit the blog. Usually these blogs are juz normal entries about everyday life, about the person's feelings etc and over time you will realize tat u know quite abit abt that person w/o knowing the person and w/o the person knowing you knew. sounds scary? nahz.. I dun tink so. Unless they are those perverts la.. but usually its juz
kaypoh curious ppl. I believer what appeared on the blog is what the person is willing to show the world coz we know that it will be on the world wide web! So if u want to fill in your full particulars and FULL details of ur life then you're just inviting trouble. What these people wrote on their blogs sometimes will trigger me to start thinking of the issue they mention and sometimes it is nice to know that you're not the only one facing certain problems, so in a sense 'you're normal'.
Technology has also enabled us to multi-task. Enable us to keep in contact with friends and chat with many of them at the same time. Do you have friends whom you know for quite some time and has chatted over msn but then nv in real life? haha.. tat's the advantage/disadvantage of technology?
