I've been sick sick sick for 3 days... this nose of mine caused me alot of problems! Always sniffing here and there.. And I am aching all over like nobody business. Muscle ache from carry heavy items + Muschle ache due to flu = Ultimate Muscle Ache! I am damn pissed and irritated for the past whole week as I was sick and still am sick and also because the event is coming up and lots of loose ends to tie up. One comment abt ntu guys: so far no gentlemen. I can nearly vomit blood. There was once where we went to collect newater and have to bring them to a storeroom which is located at a place where there is a flight of stairs. And there is like 3 girls and 1 guy doing all the carrying... Can you imagine what it is like carrying 3 cartons of newater at one go and taking a few trips up and down the stairs. The BEST thing is that all the while we are carrying those things..there are alot of guys around us... but no one offer to help! Ok, I don't expect u to help us carry la.. but at least help us push the door can? No! We have to use our body to push the damn heavy door. Another incident was that I went to collect the flyers from ssc... ard 4000 copies mind u! and it is very heavy and I was literally breathless with my nose.. and the sun was very hot.. I don't know to wipe my forehead or blow my nose... and same thing.. those guy waiting to enter the lift just stand there and look at me, waiting for me to exit.. didn't event hold the lift for me.
Went for the Chingay (preview) Crowd Control just now. Just reached hall half and hour ago. I stood at a rather good spot... near the VIP sector. The crowd is obedient and we pretty much just have to stand around and I was standing right infront of the mini stage where the emcees are. So I was looking at Michelle Chia, Ng Hui, Guo Liang and Adrian Pang the whole time! Wahhaa... good view. anyway...it means I am v near the fire crackers too.. My heart nearly pop out when the firecracks went off. The sound was so LOUD and I experience what a bomb explosion might be like... The performances were nice! We were sooo near them.. =)
