Dead tired! Juz reached home not too long ago.... Yest was Prom Nite! Held at Pan Pacific Hotel Ocean Ballroom 5. It was quite enjoyable though not the whole class was there. It was realli a long long day yest. Preparation for prom started abt a week ago... from hunting down the prom dress to making makeup appt to getting heels etc. Then yest I went for make-up and hair do at Fave Nails. My appt was originally at 4pm but I swopped at wif xy so I went at 5pm. I had to wait till 5.30pm for my turn! Coz xy took a much longer time. Me started at 5.30 but ended at 6.15pm! 45 minutes only! So wad was the end result like? haiz.. I was not realli satisfied with
both make-up n hairdo. Make me look older... -_-" And the foundation used by the person was too white for me! Tink the person muz cock-eye to not realize I was not that fair! and the person used pink eyeshadow for me...to match my pastel pink dres... but BUT... I haf puffy eyes.. so pink shouldn't be used on me! Fainted... but since I onli saw what I look like after she has
finish everything... I had not choice but to accept. She did ask me if its ok.. but then its already 6.15 pm! So even if I say its not ok and ask her to re-do... I can't! No time... -_-" As for hair... she sweep all my hair to one side and "mess it up" to create more volume. End result?? My head felt heavier on one side....
Ok. Nuff abt my make-up and hairdo. The 8-course dinner was erm.. ok lah. The food was so-so.. but then we only had a small portion of every course. Most of the time were spent playing games and taking photos and more photos! haha... One of the "stunning" dish was the prawns in chinese wine and herb or somthing like that... My whole table were seated by ladies so we
weere looking at each other wondering how are we going to peel the prawns without dirtying our hands.. but since we do not know how to peel with chopsticks and spoon..we had to use our fingers. When i attempt to pluck off the prawn head.. the prawn
squirted some juice on my dress!! argghhh... i decided not to eat them there n then! Fled to the ladies to clean my dress... Then when I returned there is this pile of prawn shells n "already peeled prawns" sitting on my plate. haga! magic? nahz.. irene got zy to peel for us! muahah... come to think of it.. zy is always doing the peeling of prawns whenever we had meals
that involve Mr Prawn! ahha... Thks ah zy.
After dinner it was party time.. the ballroom instantly changed into a clubbing scene with the loud music and flashing lights...Everyone was "lured" to the dance floor thinking it was a game and onli knew we had to dance when the music started! fainted. Those who can dance and want to dance enjoy it lah.. but those who can't
dance (like yours truly) and those who do no want to dance.. we juz stand there like morons.. sometimes moving to the beat but most of the time cheering others who. Its also through this that I realized that quite a few of our lecturers can dance! and i mean really can dance.. not those retro 6os 70s "ago-ago" dance lor. ahha.. omg.. can't imagine those lecturers can
dance till so erm... "hip" or "hot"?
After the whole thing has ended.. we proceed to Brekos at Holland V to talk cock sing song play mahjong... ahha. No lah.. juz to talk, play game (realize its not games? coz we played 007 Bang for ard 2-3 hrs.) and eat something to fill our stomache. After the torturing session at Breko which involves drinking water as forfeit which resulted in the very frequent toilet
trips and groaning...haha... we went home. I'm too tired to type more.. so shall load some photos... enjoy! Oh ya.. and I'm looking forward to the next event that will have everyone together again... but this time we will all be in serious formal wear instead of nice dresses... yea.. you've got it. Its Graduation Ceremony. See ya guys then! =)
